Access consent

Access to the evaluation is granted to a person, by name. Tick each document you have read, then sign your name. What you agree to, and the exact version of it, is written into a permanent record.

We record the documents and versions you ticked, your name and email, the time, and a fingerprint of each document as it was shown to you. Nothing else.
